Returns and exchange details
All items must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed in original packaging). The international postage costs are not refundable. Buyer pays the return shipment.
We will make a refund of purchase to your Paypal account once we receive the return. You are responsible for the returned parcel until it reaches us - we suggest to send it with registered mail. Unfortunately, we can't accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.
The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with their purchases.Custom orders
Custom made products are non-refundable, unless faulty, damaged or not the size you have ordered.
Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage , fading - please always follow care instruction which is attached to each order..
We do our best to show the colors of our products as accurately as possible but due to resolution and individual screen settings the accuracy of color cannot be guaranteed.

We will always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. If an express delivery is required please contact us.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment.
Estimated time of delivery (not including processing time)
Europe : 7 days
U.S./ Canada : 1 - 2 weeks
Other destinations : 2 - 3 weeks
The estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance processes, busy holiday period, weather circumstances etc. We can’t be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped
Orders will be send with International Priority Mail , Global Express or EMS. Each shipment will be marked as sent and a tracking number will be advised .
Most orders send to US and Canada will be shipped with EMS - please leave your telephone number at checkout for the courier to contact you.
Customs regulations require that we enclose an invoice with all orders shipped .
